As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be the reliable guide, maintaining the course of learning and fostering a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
* Choose flexible hours within the school day to cover lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
* Execute pre-planned lessons using provided resources, ensuring consistency in learning.
* Effectively manage student behavior, creating a positive and focused learning environment.
* Collaborate with school staff for a seamless transition during teacher absences.
Requirements:
* Possession of an Enhanced DBS certificate.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/education qualifications.
* Previous experience in a school setting, with flexibility to adapt to various subjects and age groups.
