Over onze klantOur client provides a comprehensive range of seed processing and conditioning equipment, from standard threshing machines and dryers to complete processing lines, with expertise in vegetables and field crops. Operating globally, Our client coordinates activities through a global accounts program to build strategic relationships. With a skilled workforce of over 70 employees, our client offers continuous training to maintain high knowledge and skills. The sales department, staffed with sales engineers, delivers high-tech solutions, including 3D-drawings for customized machinery. Additionally, Our client has an R&D department for new developments and an engineering department to execute customer projects and enhance existing technologies.Functieomschrijving

• Developing customer-specific and fully integrated solutions using existing and purchased components, in coordination with operational departments and direct communication with customers.
• Creating process descriptions to be converted into 2D process diagrams and 3D layouts in collaboration with the Engineering department.
• Drafting technical commercial descriptions for quotations.
• Ensuring accurate, comprehensive, and clear technical project designs for further development by the engineering department, complete with all necessary information for the Operations departments.
• Preparing cost price calculations.
• Advising on technical feasibility.
• Supporting Sales Area Managers during customer visits.

Profiel

• HBO working and/or thinking level in a technical field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar mechanical engineering role
• Ability to manage projects according to a predefined schedule
• Creativity and an innovative mindset
• Commercial acumen and strong administrative skills
• Experience with a 3-D drawing package (we use HICAD) is a plus
• Strong teamwork capabilities, along with the ability to work independently
• Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English
