About the Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a vital role in the academic and personal development of your students. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help each child achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education and well-being.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching practice.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate young children with a patient and caring approach.
