A leading global player in AC drive technology, seeks a talented Innovation Engineer to join their dynamic team!
The Opportunity:
This role will see you collaborate closely with a dedicated engineering team within the Quality department - tasked with supporting the continued success of their flagship product line. You'll be at the forefront of:
* Optimizing released product designs: Analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and partner with colleagues to implement changes that enhance quality and minimize failure rates.
* Resolving customer issues: Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot customer concerns, develop effective solutions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
* Cost-saving initiatives: Evaluate and approve alternative components, contributing to improved efficiency and long-term cost reduction.
* Continuous improvement: Play an active role in the Innovation team's efforts to constantly optimize processes and enhance product performance.
Your Qualifications:
* A strong engineering background with demonstrable experience and knowledge of AC drive systems.
* Quality engineering background an advantage - but a good electronics experience within a similar role.
* A degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (or a related field) is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
