We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Customer Service Representative. This position plays a vital role in ensuring positive customer outcomes and satisfaction while upholding the integrity of our company.
Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional support to both potential and existing customers, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
* Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless customer experiences from application to live agreements.
* Addressing customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Utilising computerised systems for customer data management and updates.
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
* Providing information to new and existing customers and introducers.
* Processing payments as required.
* Completing administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer service roles, with a focus on managing challenging conversations and difficult customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
* Ability to work well within a team and adapt to daily challenges.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
