Recruitment Consultants – Training Provided if Required

£24,000 - £30,000 basic starting salary

OTE Year 1 - £30,000 - £45,000 uncapped

OTE Year 2 - £32,000 - £50,000 uncapped

Benefits include - Uncapped commission, Free car parking, Hybrid home working available 2days a week, laptop, team building events, 25 days holiday plus birthday and bank holidays, Pension,

Office working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am till 5pm & Fridays 9am till 4pm

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 5QR

Training: Full inhouse training provided

SER Limited is a firm of Recruitment Consultants that has been established since 2007. Currently employing around 26 people based from modern offices in the Blackburn region (BB1 5QR). Providing recruitment services to companies across the UK.

With a specialism towards key sectors such as Built Environment, Fire & Security, Audio Visual, Events and Manufacturing.

Role

Due to planned growth, we are now looking to hire a further three people to train and develop into exceptional Recruitment Consultants. The role of Recruitment Consultant at SER Limited will in the first instance involves tasks such as:

* Business Development / Sales

* Account Development

* Candidate sourcing and interviewing

* Job advertisement writing and posting

* Arranging Interviews and reference taking

Ideal attributes

If you hold previous business to business experience and have exposure to working to and achieving sales targets and KPIs then this will stand you in good stead for joining the World of recruitment.

Fantastic communication skills other written and verbal are required, along with a desire to be successful.

Recruitment is a proactive job and therefore suits people who are willing to pick the phone up and make things happen.

Renumeration

In return we are providing a good basic starting salary which will be reviewed after a successful probation period, plus uncapped commission which rewards over achievement and encourages you to push yourself.

Full training is provided, however as previously written recruitment is proactive and therefore ideally you need to have tasted a sales environment previously and ideally business to business sales.
