Due to the demand in our services we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recuiter to join our team based in Northwich Town Centre.
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
As a Recruitment Resourcer with us, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants by sourcing top talent for our clients. we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with great opportunities.
What You'll Do:
" Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
" Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
" Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for specific roles.
" Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
"Prepare and send CV's to prospective clients
As a Recruitment Resourcer with us, you will play a crucial role in supporting our consultant by sourcing top talent for our clients
* Screening Potential Candidates
* Sourcing for available roles
* Telephone interviweing Candidates
* Preparing CV's and sending to send to clients
* Speaking with clients to understand their recruitment needs
* Researching new companies and making contact with them to see if we can assist in their recruitment needs via email, LinkedIN and phone
* Taking telephone references
* Searching on LinkedIN and making approaches
* Sending Sale Emails to potential clients.

This role is dealing with Tanker Drivers who can be challenging and demanding so its not for the faint hearted,
You Will Be:
-Inquisitive, emotionally intelligent, and conscientious.
-Ability to control the candidate process from identification, through to qualification and interviews
-Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at one time
-Great customer service skills, someone who strives to provide an unrivaled candidate and client experience.
-Relationship building by listening and understanding what's needed at any point in the process.
-Strong communication skills.
-Positive attitude
Must be computer literate and have a working working Knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
