Purpose of Role: The Booking Coordinator role is a crucial part of Pimlico’s operation by converting customer calls into job bookings and coordinating our top tier engineers to attend the client’s property to resolve any issues. You will be the first point of call for anyone looking to book with Pimlico and therefore, you will need to ensure the customer experience from start to finish is easy whilst being as descriptive about the job booking so our engineers can target the issues with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and convert these interactions into booked services, directly impacting our revenue.

· Schedule and organise service calls, using every opportunity to upsell or cross-sell services, thereby assisting the customer with any possible issue.

· Communicate effectively with field engineers, ensuring they are well-prepared for their visits, which enhances customer satisfaction.

· Ensure all bookings are accurately outlined on our bespoke CRM to ensure engineers can understand the customers enquiry.

· Handle customer interactions across phone, email, and chat, ensuring you are handling all interactions with care and maximising engagement with our customer base.

Shifts Available:

· Flexible rotational shift patterns, including mandatory alternate weekend work.

What You Will Bring:

· A willingness to learn our sales formula to convert customer enquiries into bookings.

· Exceptional communication skills, essential for building rapport with our client base.

· Ability to multitask and navigate various communication channels in a high-energy setting.

· Technological proficiency to efficiently manage customer data and track prior bookings with Pimlico.

· Experience in customer service delivering a 1st class service and looking for any opportunities to assist our clients.

This role is a mix between the following:

Sales: Ensuring we are converting at a high level, looking for any opportunity to help our customers.

Customer Service: Delivering a seamless booking experience whilst empathising with customers in difficult situations.

Administration: Showing good attention to detail and making sure the content of all bookings is accurately outlined on our CRM system.

Education:

· GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
