If you are an experienced children's home deputy manager looking to progress your career towards becoming a successful children's home registered manager look no further! Plus you will gain the wonderful experience of setting up your own children's home and making it your own!
Role: Children's Home Registered Manager for a NEW 4 bed EBD Children’s Home
Location: Village location near Grantham, Leicestershire
Salary: £44,000 rising to £47,000 upon successful registration and £50,000 per annum on completion of 12 months. Plus Ofsted and performance related bonuses to achieve.
Study for the Level 5 Diploma Leadership & Management is supported
