£40,000 - £43,000 + £10k OTE + Car
Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working with this leading supplier of Pneumatic and Compressed Air equipment in their search for a Business Development Manager. This role is to manage and grow their Leeds territory.
You do not have to be an expert in their industry but what you do need is a great work ethic and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Business Development Manager Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the pneumatics sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and product innovations in the pneumatics field.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development within the industrial sector is desirable but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
