Role
You will be expected to lead the construction team within area of responsibility and to be responsible for all aspects of the works, including compliance with legal, company and project requirements. To manage area of responsibility to achieve commercial and programme requirements.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage all works, Including subcontractors
Provide a detailed progress and forecast programme
Review weekly plant, labour and material returns
Essential requirements:
CSCS Management card
Knowledge of Responsibilities of the contract under CDM Regulations
