Salary: £50,000 p.a. + benefits.
Our client is a well-established restaurant group and is looking for an experience Multi Site Manager to manage a collection of its neighbourhood Pizza restaurants based around South London and assist in the continual growth of the group.

You’ll be an effective leader who is approachable, kind, honest and passionate about driving your team forward through ongoing development. You will lead from the front, being in the restaurants showing what good service looks like.
Responsibilities & Experience:
* First and foremost, you must LOVE hospitality and want to deliver it to everyone who walks through the door.
* Full passion for exceptional and memorable service and standards.
* You will have a hands-on approach to your role and team, inspiring them to be the best they can be.
* Manage a team of up to 5 site managers and over 40 staff.
* Deliver top class training to your team to ensure brand standards are hit.
* Be innovative in achieving targets and venue milestones.
* Have a keen eye on cost control whilst also being enthusiastic to drive sales on shift ensuring nothing is left on the table.
* Ensuring general H&S documentation is in place and standards are met inc. fire safety, first aid,COSHH, allergy awareness etc
* Working to ensure general venue upkeep, identifying and escalating maintenance issues as they arise.
* Helping to generate, and present, weekly reports, working to help achieve GP, sales, labour and EBITDA targets.
* Full financial management including budgeting, costing, P&L and Labour costs.
* Recruit and manage FOH teams, overseeing rotas, holiday requests and training.
* Manage ordering and supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous Multi site or Group GM experience.
- Excellent financial and staff management skills.
- A proven track record in working to improve productivity and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
