The Job You’ll Do;

* Define the logistic concept.

* Ensure the supply/delivery system in the plant, sizing personnel and training.

* Analyse BOM and create the material Flow of the project: VSM

* Performs together with the process accountable, the logistic flow of the line components, as well as the definition of the line side, to meet the operator MTM, meeting the requirements of Ergonomics.

* Ensure the fulfilment of deliveries by suppliers and to customers.

* Management of packaging design and manufacturing.

* Control of stocks in suppliers. Inventories, SAP management of receptions and file documentation for future payment confirmation.

* Plant, stock control and lay out supervision.

* Maintain clear and concise communication with the relevant project team throughout the lifecycle of a project.

* Issue clear reports detailing project status and ensure any roadblocks are escalated appropriately.

* Logistic information in the Master data, for creation of SAP references.

* Create logistics database and lead the logistic lay out workshop.

* Follow safety instructions.

About You;

* At least 3 years of previous experience in a function of similar characteristics, preferably within fast paced, high-volume manufacturing/engineering.

* A time served Apprentice or a Graduate in a related Engineering discipline, educated to HND level or above (or equivalent experience).

* High level MC office (excel & ppt).

* Logistic concepts knowledge, (JIT, FIFO, AGV, VSM).

* Sap experience preferable.

* Communication and teamwork skills.

* High level of English.

* Lean management knowledge
