We are looking for an Academic Manager to join our team.

We are seeking an Academic Manager to join our successful team and help us provide stimulating, effective teaching to international students preparing to study programmes. You will contribute to the student academic experience, ensuring it is of a constantly high standard, flexible and responsive.

This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Academic Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

You will enjoy working with international students, be student focussed, be open to change and development, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be fully committed to ensuring all our students’ success. Specifically, you will need:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher

*

Teaching qualification

*

Strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching

*

Experience of leading a project or initiative that has led to enhancements in a curriculum area/s

*

Knowledge of the needs of international students

*

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*

Resource allocation and organizational skills

*

Ability to analyse data to make informed conclusions

*

Ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams
