Temporary project manager

I am currently working alongside an award winning business who are looking forward to introducing a temporary project manager to their team based within the Didcot area.

Project manager
Three plus months on site.
Available to start ASAP.
£200 per day
Monday to Friday
08:00am until 16:30pm
Fix up project within a listed building.Duties include

Overseeing projects and help support management across the contract.
Plan and manage more complex projects which had been identified by management.
Engage with the sub contractors and the commercial team.
Engage how many staff are required for each project.
Ensure all health and safety and company policies are being met.
Working with management to assist with scheduling. Personal specification

Demonstrate previous experience in a construction based project management role.
Demonstrate strong communication and management skills.
Experience in the delivery of commercial projects valued up to £1m.
