Teaching Assistant - Level 3

Dunbar is looking to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to start in September in one of our Primary Schools within Bedfordshire!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a Primary school, DBS on the update service, ideally drive and have good knowledge of all subjects taught.

The main responsibilites for this role:

Experience of working within an Early Years setting
Have high expectations of pupil achievement and progress
Knowledge of how to support teaching and learning effectively and efficiently
Knowledge of ways to adapt and personalise learning to cater for the needs of individual children, particularly those with additional needs
A range of behaviour management strategies, underpinned by a calm and caring approach.
A professional manner with excellent communication skillsRequirements to apply:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
The ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
