Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Perm SOR's)

Role: Social housing reactive maintenance

My client are specialists in social housing reactive maintenance services in both the public and private sectors. They have more than 30 years’ experience working across all property sectors including housing associations, domestic, and local authorities. We have the capacity and capability to provide a first-rate service in a diverse range of works and this is demonstrated by the successful completion of numerous contracts during our time in business.

Due to expansion and growth, there is a great opportunity for a electrician to join. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering testing & repairs to various domestic properties. These positions are perm and you will be provided with a van, fuel card, pensions, holiday

There is two rates available, basic £37.5k OR you can go on perm SOR's, average earnings £45,000 +

Duties include:

* Repairs to domestic properties

* EICR's

* Sockets

* Switches, pendants

* Fault finding etc

Requirements:

* 18th edition

* 2391

* NVQ L3 or AM2

* Social housing/domestic experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
