Jo Holdsworth Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a highly successful health-tech company in Leeds. Owing to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to recruit an experienced Client Success Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of complex accounts. In this hands-on role, you will ensure all clients receive exemplary service, demonstrating a thorough understanding of success drivers and best practices to maximize client retention, revenue growth, and strong relationships both internally and externally.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the company during a period of expansion. To excel in this role, you should have extensive account management experience in a SaaS environment, and be dynamic, self-motivated, and ambitious.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager:

Responsible for the retention and growth of a group of existing clients and successful onboarding of new clients. This includes complex account management where you will be helping clients to configure customisable platforms to meet their needs.

Ensure that all client contractual obligations are being met while communicating any contractual risks appropriately.

*

Consultative approach, able to build affective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

*

Establish effective relationships with clients to enable successful implementation, growth and expansion plans.

*

Attend regular client meetings both virtually and in person, in-person where possible

*

Plan and run on-site activation events for both new and existing clients to boost engagement in the platform.

*

Contribute to regular team meetings.

*

Complex stakeholder management.

*

Effectively communicate roadmap and engagement solutions with passion and excitement.

*

Analyse performance of campaigns and initiatives, develop strategic reviews with clients to improve outcomes.

*

Working closely with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered ontime and customised correctly.

*

Attending trade shows and events where necessary.

*

Confident a presenting with a creative flair, able to produce and deliver world-class presentations.

*

Provide detailed data and reports to help inform decisions.

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent.

Full UK driving license and use of own car.

Consultative, client focused approach and natural relationship building skills.

Good understanding of how to identify customer needs.

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

SaaS experience is essential.

Proven track record of delivering results and working towards sales targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Natural and confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Engaging, dynamic and confident personality.

Able to effectively handle conflict and overcome objections.

Previous account management experience and ability to handle complex clients.
