£12.60 - £13.30* per hour
Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full-Time Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Wings in Mildenhall, Suffolk - Part time and bank positions available.

Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching provided by us they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder into more senior positions
Wings supports up to 6 adults with Mental Health and /or Learning Disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including
Prompting service user's independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests including attending Day Centres, shopping, Bingo and swimming.
Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication or supporting those to administer their own.
Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning, cooking and laundering Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
