One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services.Your new role
Working 9-5, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Work as part of the Maintenance Team
Experience of building services/working in a maintenance environment
Hold a full driving license and be able to travel independently between sites
Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 2 (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
A strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures
This role includes a DBS Enhanced check therefore ability to pass is essential
Competent Person L8 experience (desirable)What you'll get in return
