They are seeking an administrator/finance assistant to work alongside and report into the finance director.

The right candidate should be able to work as part of a team and use their own initiative.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Requirements for Administrator role:

* Experience with Xero, Sage or similar programmes.

* Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to work well under pressure.

* Experience with all Microsoft programmes.

* High attention to detail.

* Proactive approach to problem solving.

Role will consist of:

* Accounts – dealing with and sending out external invoices, making sure that all details are correct.

* Processing – being responsible for maintaining client records, points on contact, address etc on in house CRM system

* Administration – good time management and organisation skills in helping the team with general administrative details. Good customer care and communication skills for when speaking and liaising with internal and external teams and consultants. Standard information on the SRTs to ensure that any simple questions regarding our service scope can be answered. Organisation skills in filing away important documents when received i.e. email correspondence, consultant proposals, agreements etc.

* Quality Management – being responsible for maintaining the ISO documents system, together with updating insurances and policy documents as received. Full control of the document register.

* Able to work under own initiative, signalling potential issues to the finance director, and offering diary management support to the SLT

* Flexibility – the potential need to travel once a month to one of the other offices within the business
