PSR Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with TSO-UK as their recruitment supply partner.

As a business that is already well established within the UK Infrastructure market, TSO are a key partner on the 10 year CRSA Alliance contract, one of the UK's largest railway infrastructure upgrade projects.

Key to the successful delivery of these works is the development and introduction of new technologies and workplace automation by the Innovations Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager / Business Analyst, with experience of implementing business change within the railway, construction, or engineering sectors, including solution and product development using Microsoft Power Platform PowerApps.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to promote and Champion Continuous business improvements, to lead change initiatives, continuous improvement projects and develop products to improve Alliance practices, safety & environment monitoring, and supporting the delivery of KRAs.

Change Management and development skills and experience:

Extensive knowledge of change activities and able to demonstrate the tools and techniques implemented in past projects.
Able to identify and exploit new innovative processes, techniques, methodologies and equipment for delivery of national programmes in line with compliance standards and corporate governance.
Work with key stakeholders and build effective relationships, to agree an implementation plan of proposed processes, techniques, methodologies for new innovations.
Produce dash boards which articulate the CI program initiatives and projected efficiencies.
Provide advice on the implementation of new Continuous Improvement strategies to improve cost, time, safety, and quality measures.
Identify opportunities which will enhance the Alliance, leading the promotion and sharing of best practices between Alliances and programmes.
Implement metrics to demonstrate the value-add CI is bringing to the alliance.

Change Management requirements:

Programme management and delivery qualification i.e MSP, APM, AGILE.
Ability to pitch and develop ideas and requirements in small groups or in larger workshops.
Strong appreciation of the business, product, and data lifecycle and how information assets and data are interacted upon.
Understanding of how to implement business change, outcome-based delivery, business process and operational analysis.
Benefits analysis and management, experienced in delivering efficiencies, user story development, requirements, and specification definition.
Solution & product development including Microsoft Power Platform PowerApps.
Solution delivery/implementation and service transition.
Business process automation.
Communication at all levels of the business. i.e. depot to exec members.

Desirable Change Management requirements:

Have a proven record in delivering continuous improvement and innovation in the rail industry.
Understanding of Information & Data governance and master data management.
Have experience of reporting and developing PowerBI Dashboards.
Understanding of BIM and the information lifecycle.
Strong appreciation of meta data and its application in automation.

Change Manager Benefits:

Long term contract with circa 6 years of innovation and development planned.
Time split between WfH, with some travel to Alliance depots / sites within the Midlands region for integration, rollout and training of Stakeholders as required.
£400 - £430 per day (inside ir35), with 1 months' notice if desired.
