Client & Adviser Support
Based – St. Asaph
Salary - £25k - £29k pa
Purpose To provide full comprehensive support to assigned Financial Planners and assist them in achieving individual, Hub (office) and company targets.
Key Accountabilities
● Maintain strong relationships with both the Financial Planners and their clients
● Work closely with colleagues and other Client and Adviser Support Hubs, sharing knowledge and skills, as well as other internal teams Central Operations, Paraplanning and Wealth Services to facilitate efficient and quality administration meeting required deadlines and SLA’s
● Assist Financial Planners in managing and building their client banks, ensuring all clients are correctly segmented, client data is kept up to date with any changes, and a good level of service is consistently provided to the client.
● Assisting Financial Planners with the scheduling of annual reviews and the preparation required for all meetings.
● Coordinate financial planners’ schedules, manage diaries, and handle appointment bookings if required
● Ensuring that all post-meeting requirements are actioned promptly within agreed SLA’s. All client files should be regularly maintained and updated
● Ensure all client reviews have a corresponding suitability report and are sent to the client. Any reviews which are viewed as outstanding will need to be chased and escalated when required.
● Processing the submission of new business and handling all related queries, ensuring all processes are adhered
● Reconcile all client fees monthly and ensure timely payment to Financial Planners by collaborating with Finance and the Financial Planner.
Skills and Experience
● Able to work to deadlines, manage multiple cases, ensuring records are maintained and updated
● Manage their workload and strive to meet service delivery deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
● Continuously drive the business by adapting and improving processes and services to aid Financial Planners and delivery of services
● Work collaboratively with other team members and other national hubs, working collaboratively and sharing knowledge of both proposition, products and CRM system
● Excellent use of MS software suite (Teams; Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
● Good knowledge of both Financial Planner and Hub targets, contributing to their successes
● Maintain industry, proposition and product knowledge through self-learning, articles, webinars, workshops
