Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working in partnership with our Client in Stourton, Leeds, who are currently on the lookout for a Supervisor to join their busy team.
About the role:
· The role is to run a varied selection of industrial machines at the maximum efficiency.
· The role is not only to supervise operators but also to work on machinery; hands-on experience is essential.
· Mechanical skills are essential; for example, Changing one product to another on the machines.
· This position requires heavy lifting.
· Ensuring all products you manufacture are of a high quality.
· Inputting of production into a stock control computer system.
· Maintaining a safe working environment.
· Once trained you will be required to train other trainees when required.
About you:
· Basic computer and I.T skills
· Health and safety qualification (preferred but not essential)
· Mechanically minded.
· Good communication skills
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in the manufacturing environment
· Counterbalance fork truck licence.
Shift Pattern / hours:
· Pay - £14.13 standard and overtime £17.52.
· 6:30am-6:30pm Monday - Wednesday
