About Our Client:
Our client operates a short stay service catering to adults dealing with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and challenging behaviours. Their goal is to provide a nurturing environment where individuals receive the support they need.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Respite Manager to oversee the short stay service. The ideal candidate will have significant supervisory experience in social care, adeptness in managing a team, and proficiency in liaising with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Demonstrable supervisory experience in the social care sector.
Proven track record of managing staff teams effectively.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders.
Experience in conducting thorough staff inductions.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.Salary Range: £28,590 - £32,650 per annum
