We are working with one of the biggest names in delivering complex power systems to find an IT Support Engineer with experience in 1st/2nd/3rd line support to handle the tasks queue and remote software installation for end users.

What is the role doing?

Tasks such as deployment, configuration, support of Printers and Peripherals.
Perform incident investigation and resolution on PCs, Printer and Peripherals Perform scripted PC builds when required.Knowledge required
