Location: Nottinghamshire (hybrid)
Salary: £25.00 – 27.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Nottinghamshire social housing provider with their recruitment of an interim ASB Officer.
The ideal candidate will have experience of high level ASB cases and of issuing CPN’s and CPW’s.
What will you do in the role?
* To prepare cases for legal action and to attend court and give evidence where necessary to ensure that all possible action is taken to resolve breaches of tenancy
* To interview and record victims, perpetrators and potential witnesses of tenant’s anti-social behaviour and other tenancy breaches
* To work with relevant partners and agencies, including resident groups to resolve cases of harassment and nuisance, agree multi-faceted approaches and to call and attend case conferences when required.
Who would excel in this role?
* Experience of working as an ASB Officer, or Housing Officer and of handling low to high level ASB cases
* Experience of attending court
* Experience of issuing CPN’s and CPW’s
