As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll work collaboratively within the IT team to deliver top-notch service and support for our diverse range of web applications.

Your Role:

As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll leverage your extensive technical knowledge in infrastructure, security, and networks to manage and support a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365:Providing expert support and management.
Amazon Web Services (AWS): Supporting cloud-based services.
Kubernetes: Managing containerized applications.
Microsoft Endpoint Manager: Overseeing device management.
Cyber Security: Ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials+ standards.
Networking:Managing switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless networks.
Server Virtualization:Utilizing VMWare for server virtualization.
Windows Servers and Clients: Supporting and maintaining systems.
Backups and Disaster Recovery: Implementing and managing solutions.
Cloud Telephony: Supporting cloud-based communication systems.

What We're Looking For:

If you possess the following attributes and qualifications, we would love to hear from you:

Certifications: MCSE/CompTIA A+/CCNA or equivalent/relevant experience.
Microsoft 365 Administrator: Certification or equivalent/relevant experience.
Microsoft AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals: Certification or equivalent/relevant experience.
Cloud Technology Support: Experience with Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365.
IT Services Management:** Experience in maintaining servers, networks, and telephony.
Microsoft Products and Server Architecture: Strong support background.
Device Management: Experience with Microsoft Intune.
IT Infrastructure Changes: Experience in delivering and communicating changes.
