Quality Manager
Location: Blackburn
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

About the Role:
As a Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across our client’s operations. You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality excellence. Your experience with digitalisation and system enhancements will be pivotal in advancing our client’s quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
* Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
* Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes into all aspects of production and operations.
* Utilize digital tools and technologies to streamline quality processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
* Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor within the FMCG sector.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
* Experience with digitalisation and the implementation of digital quality systems.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
