Job Description
The purpose of this job is to provide support for distribution operations as well as initiating continuous improvement within the merchandising department.
Support the Distribution team with project reports and initiatives
Support the Merchandising & Deli teams with product rollouts and initiatives
Work with distributor to execute product flow in support of merchandising and deli initiatives; implement solutions and action plans to achieve optimum results
Utilize data and reporting systems to research, identify and create action plans for supply chain solutions
Support distribution team to obtain favorable solutions to contractual obligations
Provide telephone and email support to troubleshoot store level questions and issues related to the distributor
Model behaviors that support the our purpose driven strategy, showing people they matter at every turn
Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete other duties as assigned
