I’m currently working on behalf of a main contractor who specialize in sustainable off site construction development projects, notably in the education sector. Predicted turnover for 2024 is £22m.
They currently require a Head of Finance who would play a key role in forecasting financial results, overseeing budgets, be in charge of cash flow, and recommending cost reduction strategies.
The Finance Department is an growing team, this is a brand new role being introduced into the business, initially you will have 1 Financial Controller and 2 Financial Assistant direct reports.
