Tenant Liaison Officer

Tennant Liaison Officer require for our client, they are a well known plumbing, heating and electrical contractor based close to the Wigan area. They specialise in working alongside housing associations and local councils delivering service and repair to heating and electrical systems. They currently require a Resident Liaison Officer around the Manchester area.

Tennant Liaison Officer Duties

- Set up, undertake and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
- Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings
- Manage the tenant’s complaints / housing queries
- Addressing tenancy queries related to safeguarding and tenancy breaches
- Liaise with tenants about maintenance requirements

Tennant Liaison Officer Requirements

- Previous experience working as a Tenant Liaison Officer / Resident Liaison Officer
- Based around the Manchester area
- Previous experience working within social housing would be seen as advantageous
- Full Driving Licence

Tennant Liaison Officer Remuneration

- Salary £28,000 - £34,000
- Company Car
- Mon - Fri 40 hour working week
- 20 days holiday + BH
