Deputy Home Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager (RGN / RMN) to work in a nursing, dementia and residential award winning care home in Macclesfield. This comes with a salary of £25 per hour (£54,600 per annum) and excellent benefits.
You will be working 42 hours a week, working with a dedicated, hard-working and friendly team. The company recently won Best Care Home Group of The Year!
If you was already in this Clinical Lead job, here are some areas you would have been working in:

Supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home
Leading the care team and forming strong relationships with residents, relatives and MDT
Responsible for delivering the highest standard of care and taking responsibility in the HM’s absence, supervising and coaching colleagues.To apply for this Deputy Home Manager role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC number and a good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices. Experience as a Deputy Home Manager in a care home environment is preferred.
