Pertemps are currently recruiting for experienced Breakfast Chef on temp to perm basis for a beautiful hotel based in Edinburgh.
Position: Breakfast Chef (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Edinburgh
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
Rota: 5 days over 7; early starts
The Role:
We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team in Edinburgh.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving breakfast
Adhering to breakfast menu specifications with attention to detail.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining optimal stock levels, and providing staff training
Taking ownership of kitchen expenses, ensuring profitability without compromising on quality.
Reporting to the head chef
The ideal candidate:
A passion for culinary arts and a drive to elevate their skills within a dynamic culinary environment.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting while maintaining composure and efficiency.
Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles within the industry, showcasing strong people and operational management skills.
