Impact Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a local family run business to work as a Refrigeration Engineer. The company are thriving with an influx of new business as well as having one of the highest retention rates for their industry.

Being a family run business they are all about service to their clients, building long standing relationships. In this role, you will be working on a permanent basis to support with continued growth to service existing and new clients. This company is great for job security! They specialise in refrigeration and HVAC solutions.

The purpose of the role is to Install, Diagnose, Repair, and Service Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment.

Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Northampton

Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit customers sites and report to a range of customers.
Diagnose equipment and fault find.
Complete any repairs and fix any issues.
Maintain and service existing equipment on customers sites.
Work as part of a small team.
Complete paperwork.
Schedule workload.Required Skills & Experience:

Have experience within a HVAC or Refrigeration engineering role.
Able to diagnose and repair issues with equipment.
Knowledge and experience with use of tools.
F-Gas certified.
Strong communication skills.
IT skills.
A Process driven approach and great attention to detail.
An ability to work under pressure and prioritise work.
