We're now working with the UK Head Office (Hemel Hempstead) of a very well-known and well-respected design/manufacturing business to help them find a Social Media Executive.

You'd be working with a global business who have a dominant position in the UK and international markets, joining them at an exciting time for them, with the company in a very healthy position and the marketing team undergoing a restructure which introduces the position of Social Media Exec.

This is a newly created position within the team and would be working very closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, it would be ideal for someone with 1-2 years experience working within a social media focussed role and perhaps looking to step into a position where you can have the full reigns of a companies social media channels.

As such, you'd be focussed primarily on their marketing and website management, responsible for enhancing the online presence, managing the website and executing the digital marketing strategy through their social media platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

This is a full-time and permanent position, working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, based fully in their offices in the Maylands area of Hemel, although they do have another southern site in the UK which you'd ideally be able to travel to a few times a year to help gather content from.

The salary for this position would be up to £30,000 for the right person.

Overview of duties:

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC).
Manage and update website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging and optimized for search engines.
Analyse website traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize and improve digital marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
Liaise with Management for events and activities to ensure timely execution.What do you need:

2 years experience working in a social media, digital marketing or web page management role would be ideal.
Proficiency in Canva.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
Proficiency in web analytics tools and content management systems.
Experience with graphic design software.
