An opportunity to join a technically challenging project involving complex RC structures in Plymouth. My client is a tier one contractor delivering a 3-year project within Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth. My client, an award winning and leading Civil Engineering company has a 9 year pipeline of work in Plymouth.
As Devonport is a Royal Navy Dockyard, we can only accept applications from UK nationals.
As a Section Engineer you will:
* Make certain that work is carried out as per Method Statements.
* Identify and record NCR’s, ITPs and changes to scope of works.
* Manage a team of Site Engineers, checking dimension accuracy and quality.
Our client requires a Section Engineer with:
* HND/Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience of working in a heavy Civil Engineering environment.
* A thorough understanding of construction working methods and procedures.
* Experience of working for a Civil Engineering contractor in a similar role.
Salary/Benefits:
* £43,000 to £47,000 per annum
