An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client an established housing provider in the UK. My client has a large portfolio of supported living projects and offers generic housing management and supported housing services.

Vacancy Brief:

* The role is that of a Domestic Abuse Services Manager; this is initially a three-month interim contract.

* This is a full-time role; 35 hours a week.

* Working pattern is Monday to Friday 9am -5pm with potentially some hybrid working.

* Pay rate for this role is £18.47 per hour on PAYE OR £22.95 Umbrella.

* The role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.

* Full UK Driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential.

* The role is based in Shrewsbury.

The Responsibilities:

* In your role as a Domestic Abuse Services Manager, you will responsible for managing and developing the domestic abuse services.

* As a Domestic Abuse Services Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery and management of contracts and grants as per specific specifications and agreements.

* You will provide high quality teams leadership in managing, supporting and directing the staff teams in order to achieve performance objectives and continuous service improvement.

* You will be responsible for the continued financial viability and sustainability of the services.

* Furthermore, as a Domestic Abuse Services Manager, you will ensure provision of safe accommodation for those fleeing domestic abuse and other temporary supported accommodation for those affected by domestic abuse, homelessness and also those with complex needs.
