We're looking for an experienced Travel Administrator, ideally with accounts payable experience, for a leading Birmingham-based Travel organisation.

The successful candidate will ensure our client are providing an effective and accurate administration service for all travel agents, making sure they are handled with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

Responsibilities will include accounts payable, liaising with suppliers, checking and reviewing bookings are ready for payment.

Previous experience experience gained within a similar role, ideally within the travel sector, is essential for the position and in return, our client can offer a competitive salary plus excellent benefits including travel incentives, company pension, onsite parking and your birthday off!

Role of Travel Administrator:

* Provide an effective and accurate administration service for all travel agents

* Accounts payable

* Liaising with suppliers

* Assisting with any queries within the department

* Offer high levels of customer service at all times

Skills required for the role:

* Previous travel administration experience

* Good attention to detail

* To be able to communicate effectively

* To be customer focused and able to build relationships

* The ability to work under pressure

* Excellent numeracy skills

* Knowledge of Excel
