As a Registered Nurse, you will be:
Responsible for driving and running the unit, alongside clinical duties within the home.
Observing, administering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans.
Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
Accountable for ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
Assisting with all CQC tasks and forming genuine connections with our residents and their families.The ideal Registered Nurse candidate will:
Be a Registered Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
Have good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia.
Have previous experience of working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment (desirable but not essential).
Be an effective communicator who’s able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and the people they care about.
Be willing to coach, guide and support your team, including providing formal and informal programmes of teaching to colleagues and other care professionals.
Be a respectful and compassionate team player with the belief in giving your personal best.LICLM
