At Route One Infrastructure we are on the look out for an organised and motivated professional to provide high level support to our Commercial and Operational functions.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining operations, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. If you excel in multitasking and are passionate about driving business success, we want to hear from you!
Overall Purpose of Job:
Responsible for general administrative duties for both commercial and operational departments.
Key tasks necessary to carry out the appointment will be:
* Undertake marketing using social media (LinkedIn) and updating website with case studies
* Identifying opportunities from new and existing customers within all sectors of the market
* Following up all relevant quotations and assist in securing new business orders
* Handling incoming sales enquiries
* Inputting site daily records into National Highways applications for payment
* Capturing and copying invoices for submission within applications for payment
* Job management – Setting up of contracts, uploading of documents/RAMs packs.
* Organising of inductions/training
THE INDIVIDUAL
* Excellent Oral and Written communication
* Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
* Good organisation skills and attention to detail
* Must have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft software packages
* Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or within a team
* Driving license holder with own car
* Personal commitment to equality and diversity

Salary
£24,000 per annum

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am to 4.00pm
