We are hiring a Junior 3D Designer to join a dynamic, innovative, creative studio to create compelling, immersive visual experiences. You must be passionate about 3D design and motion graphics and push the limits of creativity!

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a skilled 3D designer, learn from them, and constantly challenge yourself and the team to surpass previous achievements and produce visually stunning and impactful still and moving images that captivate an audience.  Experience working with Utilize Cinema 4D to create 3D renders and animations and a good knowledge of Adobe Suite is essential for the role.

Key responsibilities:

3D Modelling: Create high-quality 3D models of products, characters, environments, and visual effects, ensuring accuracy, detail, and realism to bring concepts to life.
Rendering: Produce photorealistic renders of 3D models using Cinema 4D, optimizing lighting, textures, and materials to achieve desired visual effects.
Animation: Animate 3D models and motion graphics elements, bringing movement and life to static visuals through keyframe animation, rigging, and dynamics simulations.
Motion Graphics: Create engaging and dynamic motion graphics for various projects, including but not limited to advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and multimedia presentations.
Video Editing: Take 3D animations and combine with video to edit compelling product and life style video content.
Concept Development: Collaborate with creative director and 3D Design Lead to develop concepts and storyboard ideas, translating creative briefs into visually compelling narratives.
Software Proficiency: Utilize Cinema 4D to create 3D renders and animations. A good knowledge of Adobe suite will also be vital.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of design assets across all stages of production, from concept development to final delivery, adhering to project timelines and client specifications.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and producers, to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into multimedia projects and campaigns.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics and 3D design, continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance creative output.
Documentation and Organization: Maintain organized file management systems, version control, and project documentation to facilitate collaboration and streamline workflow processes.

Skills & Qualifications Needed:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, motion design, or animation.
Previous experience or internships in motion graphics, 3D design, or animation roles, preferably within a creative studio environment.
Experience in Cinema 4D and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 3D modelling, rendering, and animation expertise across various projects and styles.
Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, and colour theory.
Passion for creativity, storytelling, and visual communication, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
