Recruitment Consultant - Apprentice

Location: Stafford Park, Telford
Position Type: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £6.40 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our team at Stafford Park, Telford. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will gain hands-on experience in the world of recruitment, supporting candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

What You'll Do:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
Conduct initial interviews and assessments
Support the coordination of interviews and placements
Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates
Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
