Experience within machine operating is essential and it needs to show on your CV.

We are looking for 2 x Light Machine Operators who can commit to a full-time, long-term role within a busy engineering company in Rugby.

This is a manual, active role where you load and operate machinery used to product ceramic products.

You will be working with production targets, quality standards and paying attention to scrap levels.

It's a nice place to work, its clean, warm, and dry.

Due to the nature of the product - there is a kiln on-site so it's warm but it's NOT uncomfortable.

This is a Monday - Friday role that starts off on a day shift of (Apply online only) for training but will switch to rotating after 3 weeks.

To be considered - you MUST be local to Rugby and have some relevant machine operating or light assembly experience.

Candidates who have a formal qualification within engineering such a BTEC are also welcome to apply.
