As a Registered Manager, you will:
Manage and supervise a team of Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high quality care and support
Monitor & review the performance of your team, providing feedback and addressing any performance issues
Oversee the assessment & development of support plans for clients, ensuring all plans are person centred
Develop positive behavioural support strategies and risk management solutions
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal & regulatory requirements including CQC
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:
Have a strong understanding of complex mental health
Have a proven track record in managing CQC services
Be able to analyse risk and implement strategies
Hold strong administrative skills and outstanding record keeping
Transitions experience would be advantageous, however, not essential!
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 per annum! Please note, this is a full-time permanent position and we are unable to offer sponsorship!
