Quality Assurance Specialist required by well established company who are a leader in their industry. The successful Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for quality monitoring of calls,complaints handling and reporting. Also ensuring compliance to industry standards.

Main Duties – Quality Assurance Specialist

Ensuring that complaints are recorded accurately and investigated and resolved within the required time frames.
Requesting additional information when required.
Updating and maintaining databases.
Analysing trends and identifying areas for improvement and providing management information.
Undertaking call quality monitoring for training and continuous improvement.
Ensuring that complaints processes are adhered to across the business.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Quality Assurance Specialist

A background within a similar role carrying out quality monitoring of calls, ideally gained in a Financial Services or equivalent environment.
Previous experience of complaints handling.
Able to work well as part of a small team.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
The ability to work to deadlines.
Outstanding attention to detail.
