Mainstay Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant based in the Coventry area. 

Hours: 

37.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday - 8.30am-5.00pm
Friday - 8.30am-1.00pm
30min Lunch break (not paid)
 
About the role:    

To cover all aspects of accounts, Sales & Purchase ledger, Payroll and Admin duties.
Sales Ledger - Produce invoices/credit notes on Orpheus, deal with customer queries, produce quotations, reconcile remittances on Sage, chase customer payments.
Purchase Ledger - Process purchase ledger invoices, make payments.
Payroll - Prepare weekly payroll using Iris, updating employee information/contracts of employment.
Admin Duties - Filing, answering telephone, ordering stationery.

Experience in using these systems is preferred but not essential.  (Orpheus, Sage and Iris is essential)
