TEAM LEADER (CNC MACHINING) - Nottingham
EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Cell Lead to join a precision engineering company located in North Nottinghamshire, working on a permanent basis.
Due to the nature of the work & industries supported within this position, candidates may be subject to requiring security clearances, therefore, our client is unable to support visa applications from residents outside of the UK. Only applications meeting this criteria will be considered.

Our client is looking to attract a Team Leader (CNC Machining) to join their business on a full time, permanent basis. They have various machines with different capabilities to enable them to manufacture a wide variety of complex components.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
* Previous CNC Team Leader, Cell Leader or Supervisor experience
* Experience of multiple control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain and/or Mazatrol)
* Ability to use a variety CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning machines such as Vertical, Horizontal, Mill Turn, Turn Mill etc
* Previous background of machining small to medium sized precision components for high profile industries including; Aerospace, Automotive, Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Medical or any other advanced manufacturing sectors
* Apprenticeship trained, time served, NVQ level 3, or higher
* Comfortable performing multiple set ups per day
* Experience of working to tight tolerances
* Confidence in performing self inspection of parts using manual measuring equipment
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Worked with small to medium batch sizes
