Labourer with PASMA ticket needed
As a PASMA Operative, you will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and managing mobile access towers in accordance with PASMA regulations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our projects. You will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality work while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Erecting and dismantling mobile access towers following PASMA guidelines.
* Conducting pre-use inspections and ensuring all equipment is in safe working order.
* Collaborating with site managers and other operatives to ensure safe and efficient operations.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
* Valid PASMA certification (essential).
* Valid CSCS card
* Proven experience as a PASMA Operative.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to mobile access towers.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
* Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
* A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
