Elevate are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint a Neighbourhood Response Officer.
The candidates core responsibilities will consist of:
* Delivering a high-quality and consistent service tailored to the community.
* Experience of project lettings and property inspections.
* Ability to self-manage own workload
* Multi-agency working
* Fire risk assessments
* Supporting vulnerable adults
* Preventing anti-sociable behaviour
* Knowledge and understanding of Homelessness Reduction, Housing and Homelessness Legislation, Case Law and guidance
* Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation, Housing Act and Protection from Eviction Act.
A driving licence is preferable
